Responsibilities Project Management: • Designing,Estimation and Implementation of project activities. • Manage project reporting as necessary according to institutional and funder requirements. • Participate in the planning and supervision of project work plans in the region of concern, assisting the Project Officers in the achievement of goals and targets. • Conducting workshop related to Technical Matters, capacity building. Qualifications • Excellent writing and research skills. • Ability to work in a team. • Develop and implement project strategies and adapt as opportunities and circumstances unfold ;Motivate staff, and ensure that expected deliverables are completed on time. • Deliver on-the-ground results on time and on budget. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with teams of individuals and colleagues at all levels inside and outside the organization. • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and internet research. • Willingness to travel extensively. |
