Project Manager

 

a.    Overall co-ordination and management of the project work plan

b.    Coordinate with the consortium partners.

c.    Provide ongoing support and guidance to the state and district level networks for effective implementation of the project work plan

d.    Overall administration, internal monitoring and evaluation of the project 

e.    Collect monthly activity report of all INP+ staff and provide feedback.

f.     Submit consolidated quarterly project reports to the program director for review and feedback

g.    Prepare final quarterly report of the project   

h.    Develop annual report of the project

i.      Conduct regular meetings of project staff

 

Skills /Qualification required

·         Post graduate degree in social work /social sciences

·         10 years experience in social development sector with 5 years in HIV AIDS Field especially at the managerial level.

·         Good communication skill in English (both oral and written). Preference will be given to those candidates who have proficiency in Hindi and other languages

·         Able to work and manage large groups

·         Having good knowledge and experience working with self help group    

·         Possessing good knowledge  in computers

Preference will be given to people living with HIV with similar qualification and experience.
