State Coordinator

DB Tech is a network of 125 Don Bosco skill training centres spread across 25 states in the country making it the largest NGO engaged in livelihood training in India. All the centres provide employment-linked, market-oriented vocational training of short duration to the economically and socially marginalised youth. DB Tech has joined hands with the Ministry of Rural Development, Govt of India, to impart vocational training to 40,000 youngsters over the next three years.

• Assist the Regional Operation Coordinator in initiating the setting up of training centres and in project execution.
• Coordinate operational activities of the project in the State and provide assistance to ensure targets are met.
• Supervise the training centres and organise discussions with training teams and local authorities to ensure that project results are achieved.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with all stakeholders and project beneficiaries.
• To ensure state targets are achieved as per project guidelines
•  Regular visit to project centres to ensure the smooth running of the activities.
• To report on monthly basis on project progress. (physical case studies, financial report).
  

Qualification

• Post graduate with at least 2 – 3 years or graduate with 3 – 5 years experience in managing projects with national level NGOs.
• Be able to report and document project progress as per the needs of the organisation.

Willingness to travel extensively, Strong interpersonal skills, Team player, Ability to manage team of trainers.

Remuneration: Salary is not a constraint for right candidate.
