DB Tech is a network of 125 Don Bosco skill training centres spread across 25 states in the country making it the largest NGO engaged in livelihood training in India. All the centres provide employment-linked, market-oriented vocational training of short duration to the economically and socially marginalised youth. DB Tech has joined hands with the Ministry of Rural Development, Govt of India, to impart vocational training to 40,000 youngsters over the next three years.
Job Description
Establish networks with the corporate sector/industries/ agencies for placement of the trained youth.
Assess the manpower requirements of various companies & sectors (retail, hospitality, manufacturing) and liaise with the HR departments.
Strong interpersonal skills and need to be self motivated to influence and establish corporate networks for the project efficacy.
Assist the centre team in placing the trained youth and provide placement services.
Willingness to travel extensively for the requirement of the project.
To ensure placement targets are met as agreed under the project.
Proficiency in English and local language – both spoken and written.
Qualification
Post graduation or graduate in any discipline with 3 – 5 years experience in coordinating and liaising with the corporate sector / industries
Job Requirement
Willingness to travel extensively, Strong interpersonal skills, Team player, Ability to manage team of trainers.
Remuneration: Salary is not a constraint for right candidate.
