DB Tech is a network of 125 Don Bosco skill training centres spread across 25 states in the country making it the largest NGO engaged in livelihood training in India. All the centres provide employment-linked, market-oriented vocational training of short duration to the economically and socially marginalised youth. DB Tech has joined hands with the Ministry of Rural Development, Govt of India, to impart vocational training to 40,000 youngsters over the next three years.

Job Description

Conceptualise, coordinate and develop curriculum for short term training for youth in different sectors like Retail, Hospitality, Electrical, Hardware, Welding, Sales & Marketing, Carpentry, Industrial Sewing Machine Operator, and Construction.
Liaise with industry leaders and design content for different trades & draw out lesson plans.
Support the training team for their requirements
Conduct TOT for domains within the trainer’s team.

Qualification

Post graduate in education (M.Ed) with at least five years experience in content development in the education sector.

Job Requirement

Willingness to travel extensively, Strong interpersonal skills, Team player, Ability to manage team of trainers.

Remuneration: Salary is not a constraint for right candidate.
