DB Tech is a network of 125 Don Bosco skill training centres spread across 25 states in the country making it the largest NGO engaged in livelihood training in India. All the centres provide employment-linked, market-oriented vocational training of short duration to the economically and socially marginalised youth. DB Tech has joined hands with the Ministry of Rural Development, Govt of India, to impart vocational training to 40,000 youngsters over the next three years.

Job Description

Assist Operations Head in initiating & execution of the project at the regional and centre levels.
Coordinate operational activities of the project in the regions and provide assistance to the regional teams.
Regular and extensive visits to project centres to ensure targets are being achieved.
Communicate regularly with all stakeholders.

Qualification

Post graduation preferably in management or social science with at least four years experience in managing projects with national / international NGOs.

Strong interpersonal abilities, believer in teamwork.

Ability to draft concepts / proposals and document project progress for different needs.

Job Requirement

Willingness to travel extensively, Strong interpersonal skills, Team player, Ability to manage team of trainers, Ability to manage state teams.

Remuneration: Salary is not a constraint for right candidate.
