All the centres provide employment-linked, market-oriented vocational training of short duration to the economically and socially marginalised youth. DB Tech has joined hands with the Ministry of Rural Development, Govt of India, to impart vocational training to 40,000 youngsters over the next three years. Job Description Conduct recruitments and support the regional and central teams. Handling retentions and conducting exit interviews. Assist the Head, HR in delivering HR functions Establish manpower database as per organisation demand and respond to personnel requirements Documentation of HR records and policies Willingness to travel as per department requirement. Qualification MBA with specialisation in HR and minimum 2-3 years experience in social sector with strong interpersonal skills Job Requirement Willingness to travel extensively, Strong interpersonal skills, Team player, Ability to manage team of trainers, Ability to manage state teams.   Remuneration: Salary is not a constraint for right candidate.
