DB Tech is a network of 125 Don Bosco skill training centres spread across 25 states in the country making it the largest NGO engaged in livelihood training in India. All the centres provide employment-linked, market-oriented vocational training of short duration to the economically and socially marginalised youth. DB Tech has joined hands with the Ministry of Rural Development, Govt of India, to impart vocational training to 40,000 youngsters over the next three years.

Job Description

• Assist the Manager (Operations )in setting up and in project execution in the region
• Handle operational activities of the project in the region and provide assistance to ensure targets.
• Supervise the site and organise discussions with regional teams and local authorities to ensure that project results are achieved as per the planning.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with all stakeholders and project beneficiaries. Proficiency in English and the local language – both spoken and written.
• Willingness to undertake constant visits to the centres to ensure the project requirements are being met.

Qualification

Post graduate with at least 3 - 5 years experience in managing projects with national level NGOs.

 

Remuneration: Salary is not a constraint for right candidate.
