 Organization Profile:-Life Help Centre for the Handicapped is a Chennai based Voluntary Organization devoted to serve and empower the disabled as well as the poor & needy. Since after the registration under the Tamil Nadu Societies Act 27 of 1975 our services has been reflected in various sectors like Disability, Education, Rehabilitation, Training, Employment, Health, Rural development, Disaster responds and the support for the Vulnerable group.     Life Help Centre, a fast growing NGO is synonymous to its name by stretching their helping hands to the needy any time. Today Life Help Centre has established as 3 institutions in two states (Tamil Nadu and Jammu & Kashmir) of India working towards the vision.


Job Description:-
We require the Administrative Secretary for our Administrative office situated at #2/546, East Coast Road, Neelangarai, Chennai, Tamil nadu-600041. The Administrative Secretary assumes to do overall responsibility for the successful management of the secretarial work.

The major responsibilities she needs to be carried out are:-
Answer telephone calls, screen and direct calls , Take and relay messages, Provide  information to callers, Greet persons entering organization, Direct persons to correct destination, Deal with queries from the public, Well-wishers and clients, Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
General administrative and clerical support, Prepare letters and documents, Receive and sort mails & couriers and prompt dispatch of deliveries, Schedule appointments, Maintain appointment register, Maintain official administrative documents, Organize meetings and share information, Compilation of reports and minutes, Maintain records of administrative assets and well kempt and be active always.

Candidate profile:-
Candidate should undergone any diploma or a degree after 10+2.
Candidate must have proficiency in English and Tamil.
Candidate must have outstanding communication skills.
Candidate must have Computer literacy and Proficiency in MS Office and internet.
Candidate should have Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
Candidate should have Knowledge of client service and rapport maintaining.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and will match industry standards.
