Shankar Foundation is a registered foundation under Societies Registration Act 1860, with an objective to provide the comprehensive health, livelihood & rehabilitation services for the persons with disabilities through our projects SHRADDHA, SAABURI, SANNIDHI, SAMARDH and SETU throughout India. The SANNIDHI Center for Life Skills located at Vikarabad, is 70 km away from Hyderabad city.

Leave: Shankar Foundation’s policy is, all employees are entitled to leave in accordance with the relevant awards/ agreements and statutory provisions. Leave for full time employee will be followings: 20 days Annual leave, 12 Casual leave and 10 days study leave subject to the prior permission to the competent authority.
Increment of salary: The Foundation is committed to provide quality benefits to all employees without any discrimination. The increment will be based on the annual performance and grade of performance appraisal test/ process. The percentage of increment should be 0 to 15% annually.
Accommodation: The foundation is committed to provide residential quarter to all employees at free of cost with electricity and water. Quarters (bachelor type) are limited and should be provided on first cum first serve basis.

The engagement of allied health professional is for one year but shall be engaged on year to year basis, subject to satisfactory performance.

Selected/ eligible candidates will only be called for the interview and final selection will be based on the personal interview.
Selected candidates for the positions are expected to work minimum of 48 hours and maximum 52 hours in a week, with flexible timings.
The employee may be transferred to any project office of foundation.
