Online Knowledge Network Assistants - 2 Positions (Part-Time)

A NGO Network requires 2 Online Knowledge Network Assistants to catalyse its outreach activities.

This is an online (part-time) position and the candidate will work from his/her home. It is essential for the candidate to have a computer with a high speed internet connection.

The Online Knowledge Network Assistant will be required to:
1. Undertake web-based search within the development/NGO sector
2. Carry out data-entry tasks
3. Draft and send out outreach emails to platforms and networks.
4. Catalyse networking activites in India and Internationally.

Qualifications required:
1. At least 3 year of work experience in the NGO sector.
2. Robust knowledge of IT and its applications, YahooGroups, Google Groups, Facebook, LinkedIn.
3. Good writing and comprehension skills in English
4. Ability to work on own initiative.
5. Ability to take instructions and deliver tasks and reports online.

Desirable:
1. PayPal account to accept payments of the task completed.


Renumeration:
The renumeration would be based on online tasks performed at the rate of Rs. 10 per task completed with a 24 hours turn around time. For instance, (i) drafting and sending an email (ii) entering of data on an online form (iii) Undertaking specific search. Between 10-50 tasks are expected each day.
