Operating Environment
The SRF Foundation (www.srf-foundation.org), formerly known as the Society for Education and Welfare Development, was primarily set up by SRF Limited (www.srf.com), with the intention of providing support and relief to the needy in the fields of education, to run and maintain schools, colleges, and to promote fine art and culture. It has been built on the heritage and vision of its founders; late Sir Shri Ram and the late Dr Bharat Ram, believing in contributing to society in the areas of education, with the establishment of educational institutions as the Lady Shri Ram College, Shri Ram College of Commerce, The Shri Ram Schools; among many others in Delhi. Purpose
The purpose of the job is to look after administrative and HR functions of SRF Foundation and its programs (Mewat Rural Education Program, 3EP, Shri Sambandh, Vocational Skills) in accordance with the laid down systems by the Foundation.
Transport and Travel
Ø Ensuring that office – owned vehicle is maintained as per manufacturer’s guidelines Ø Maintaining logbooks for office – owned vehicle. Ø Cab bookings, bills verification and submission Ø Outstation travel Bookings
Ø Facilitate purchase of office / project supplies – Stationery, Office Furniture, Software / Hardware items, Gifts, and all other materials needed Ø Vendor interaction Ø Asset Maintenance Ø AMC and Annual Insurance Coordination
Office Management and Housekeeping
Ø Office Management – Space, resource, phone connections management Ø Ensure the office premise is clean at HO and Project / Program locations
Functions and Events
Ø Plan and make arrangements as per occasion
Ø Ensure need based security arrangements
Recruitment Ø Explore different sources for hiring, Ø Coordinate the interview with the respective department and if selected, complete the documentation
Operations
Ø Joining formalities. Ø Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management) Ø Leaves and Attendance Management Ø Handling the payroll Ø Managing advance Salary, Ad Hoc Bonuses, Loans Ø Confirmations, Performance Appraisals, Performance Management Ø Exit-Interviews and Full and Final Settlement
Employee Relation
Ø Handling all the queries of the employees. Be it related to Salary, Leaves, Attendance, and Transfer etc. Ø Explain the various policies, strategies and benefits to employees Ø Motivate the employees on day-to-day basis. Ø Stop all type of rumours and misleading communications.
· Handle complaints on Administrative / HR issues from staff. · Ability to deal with people who are located at different locations· Meeting the staff expectations in service delivery · Organize, arrange and coordinate major events and activities
