Post: Instructor No. of Vacancy : 1 Duration : One year Type of Employment : CONTRACTUAL QUALIFICATION: ESSENTIAL: 1. Master Degree in Social Work/ Sociology/ Community Resource Management/ Extension Education 2. Knowledge in computer (Microsoft Office and Internet) 3. Ability to work independently as well as a demonstrated capacity to function as a member of a team. 4. Written and verbal skill - both in English and Bengali. Languages Known : English, Bengali Age: Around 25-30 YEARS EXPERIENCE : 2 years, particularly in ICDS training MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Conducting training sessions both in-house and in field situation • Designing and module preparation for training including the session plan • Providing support to other team members as and when required. • Giving assistance to Training Officer in preparation of reports and documentations • Attending workshops if required • Field visits within West Bengal COST TO ORGANISATION/ SALARY: Rs. 1,08,000.00 -Rs.1,20,000.00 per annum Post: Communication Personnel No. of vacancy: 1 Duration : 1 year Type of Employment : CONTRACTUAL QUALIFICATION: ESSENTIAL: • Master Degree with Diploma in Mass Communication/ Journalism/ multi-media. • Knowledge in computer (Microsoft Office and Internet) • Ability to work independently as well as a demonstrated capacity to function as a member of a team. • Should be willing to travel extensively in the state. • Written and verbal skill - both in English and Bengali. • Enthusiastic, creative and taking initiative Preferable : should have considerable skill, knowledge on need assessment, review and development of IEC materials on different health Issues. Age : Around 25-35 YEARS Languages Known : English, Bengali Experience: preferably 2-3 years of experience Major Responsibilities: • Need assessment and developing IEC materials • Documentation. • Giving assistance for Project reports • Attending workshops if required • Field visits within West Bengal COST TO ORGANISATION/SALARY: Rs. 96,000.00 – Rs. 1,08,000.00 PER ANNUM Post: Faculty NO. OF VACANCY: Three TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT:- CONTRACTUAL DURATION One year QUALIFICATION : • Must have Master Degree in any fields of Social Sciences preferably Sociology/Anthropology/Social Work/ Food & Nutrn. • Must have capacity to write report and read data. Proficiency in MS word/excel/power point is essential • Experience to work with Govt. is mandatory • Should be willing to travel 60% of the time in districts • Ability to work independently as well as a demonstrated capacity to function as a member of a team. • Enthusiastic, creative and taking initiative PREFERABLE: experience of work in NGO sector AGE: Around 25-30 YEARS Languages Known: Bengali , English MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist Programme Coordinator in implementation of the programme • Participate and conduct training need assessment for SHGs and GUS • Facilitation role during TOTs in 3 phases • Preparation of training reports • Handholding support during GUS and SHG trainings • Participate in District and Block level sensitization meetings • Provide Handholding support to Block Motivators and sometimes at field • Timely collection of Action plan from the Assistant Program Coordinator.
